I climbed 9,000 vertical feet and traveled 22 miles. Over 90% of the route was on technical, vertical walls or traversing on knife-blade thin ridges where any tiny mistake would send me flying thousands of feet down onto big cushiony rocks. I summited 3 different 14ers and got turned back from a 4th less than 500 feet from the summit due to lightning.
